Slow Cooked BBQ Chicken image

I made this BBQ Chicken low and slow in my crock pot.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 pound(s) whole chicken, thawed
1 cup(s) vegetable broth
1 tablespoon(s) dried scallions
1 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
1 cup(s) your favorite bbq sauce (babyrays)
- salt & pepper to season the meat

Steps:

  • Set your crock pot on low. Add your vegetable broth, scallions and garlic. Season well your whole chicken with salt and pepper. Place your chicken in your crock. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  • Then, pour your cup of BBQ sauce over whole chicken, cover with lid and finish cooking on low another 2 hours. Remove chicken from pot cut into serving pieces.
