- Place chicken in a 4-quart slow-cooker. In bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover, cook on low for 6 hrs. remove chicken from cooker and shred w/ 2 forks. Replace chicken in cooker.
- Cook 30 more minutes.

- In a pot, add chicken, broth, water, onion powder, and garlic powder. boil chicken breasts in broth 15-20 minutes. take out the chicken and cool. shred chicken with your hands or 2 forks. put chicken and BBQ sauce into the slow cooker. Stir and cook 2-3 hours on low.

- Set your crock pot on low. Add your vegetable broth, scallions and garlic. Season well your whole chicken with salt and pepper. Place your chicken in your crock. Cook on low for 3 hours.
- Then, pour your cup of BBQ sauce over whole chicken, cover with lid and finish cooking on low another 2 hours. Remove chicken from pot cut into serving pieces.
