Steps:
- Place a large saute pan over medium low heat. Add olive oil, heat 1 minute. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add shrimp to pan and cook, stirring as needed, until they are cooked through and pink on all sides, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer with slotted spoon to bowl, leaving any liquid in pan. Increase heat to medium. Add wine and lemon juice to pan. Using wooden spoon, scrape any brown bits from bottom of pan, cooking wine and lemon juice for 2 minutes. Add zucchini noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Return shrimp to pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and servee immeditely.
