Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300
- Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden
- Remove stems from kale and finely chop. Place in large bowl
- Dressing: in mini food processor, mince garlic; add lemon, oil, salt, and pepper; process until combined
- Pecan Parmesan: in mini food processor, chop pecans until pea-size; add parmesan, oil, and salt; process until coarse crumb texture (don't over process)
- Add dressing to kale and massage
