Shredded Baked Potatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
16 oz sour cream
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 c pepper jack cheese
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 c buttery cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs; spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2\" baking dish.
  • 2. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top of potato mixture.
  • 3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
