SEASONED SCRAMBLED EGGS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 egg whites
3 eggs
2 Tbsp reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
2 tsp mustard, spicy brown
1 tsp fresh parsley, minced, or fresh chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste, if desired
1 tsp canola oil
1/4 c part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and eggs. Stir in the salad dressing, mustard, parsley and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  • 2. In a large, non-stick skillet cook egg mixture in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes or until eggs are almost set.
  • 3. Stir in cheese. Cook for 1 minute more or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
