Steps:
- Brown sausage and bellpepper. Drain fat. Add cheese and melt over low heat. Allow to cool and spread with spoon on rye bread, making sure the mixture goes to the edges. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling. These are great if you freeze them on a cookie sheet and then transfer to storage bags using wax paper to seperate them. Then you can pop as many as you need in the oven.
