Salt And Vinegar Potatoes Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: small potato, vinegar, water, olive oil, salt, spice

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 ½ lb small potato, cut into 1 in (2.54 cm) pieces
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
spice, as desired and to taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes into a pan with water and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.
  • Close with a lid, venting the cover to allow for light air emission. Steam for 25 minutes or until fork-tender
  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Drain potatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, and other spices if desired
  • Then, spread onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
