CROCK-POT CHOCOLATE FONDUE image

1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
8 chocolate candy bars (plain or with almonds)
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
Toothpicks

Steps:

  • Grease the inside of the slow cooker with the butter. Place the candy bars, milk and marshmallows on the slow cooker. Cover and turn it on low for about 30 minutes stirring every now and then. When it's melted and smooth, slowly and gradually add the whipping cream. Cover and keep warming for up to 4 hours. I love setting this out on a tray with a grand assortment of goodies to dip. You can use angel food cake, bananas, an assortment of berries, green apples, or grapes.
