I introduced this recipe to my family almost 20 years ago and it has been a favorite ever since. When my brothers visit they can't wait to dig in.

Steps:
- Crust Grate the cheese. Melt butter. Combine these with the flour and set asside almost one full cup for topping. Pour into a large pie plate (to prevent spillage). Spread up the sides evenly and press lightly. Set asside.
- Filling Drain and debone salmon. Break-up the salmon and spread evenly over the crust. Next mix together the eggs, sour cream, and onions. Pour over crust.
- Topping Sprinkle reserved 'crust' mixture as evenly as you can, over the top of salmon mixture. Press slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake in 400 oven for 1 hour. Allow to rest about 5-10min. before cutting. I put sour cream on the table because my brothers like to put more on top of their pie.
