Steps:
- After marinating salmon for 5 minutes, grill until preferred doneness. Slice a 4" by 4" square of foccacia into three layers. Lightly toast. Between the bottom and middle layer spread bread with veganaise, add spinach, sliced red onion, tomato and bacon slices. Between middle and top layer, spread bread with veganaise, sprinkle with capers and add grilled salmon. Top with final layer of bread.
