Salmon Burgers image

I found canned salmon at the store today and decided to create a quick salmon burger recipe. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 can(s) pink salmon - separated
1/2 c bread crumbs - italian style
2 eggs
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Steps:

  • 1. drain and separate the salmon from the bones/skin. Most canned salmon has small bones and skin which are edible, but I don't like them.
  • 2. sprinkle with enough bread crumbs to cover, about 1/2 cup.
  • 3. add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly with your hands until it forms a ball.
  • 4. add garlic salt and mix again.
  • 5. form into patties.
  • 6. cook in a pan on medium heat in a little olive oil until the outside is brown and lightly crispy.
