Russ's Cheese Vegetable Soup image

A tasty treat for cheese lovers on those chilly days.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup(s) carrots, grated
2 tablespoon(s) green onion tops, chopped
2 cup(s) boiling water, salted
2 - 10 1/2-oz. cans celery soup
1 cup(s) milk
1 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Cook carrots and onion in boiling water until tender. Stir in celery soup, milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
