Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine milk and Dijon mustard. Dip fillets into mustard mixture, then roll fillets (pressing lightly) into ground pecans.
- Shake off excess. Oven bake in lightly buttered dish at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until catfish flakes easily. Salt and pepper to taste.
