Steps:
- 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and drain chickpeas, and place them on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels. Pat dry. 2) In a large mixing bowl, add oil and spices. Add chickpeas and toss to coat evenly. Turn out onto a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes until browned and crunchy. Cool completely and serve in a pretty bowl. If you love these and want to try another flavor, keep the oil and substitute 1 tsp. herbs of Provence, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. cayenne, and 1 tsp. kosher salt. Proceed as the above recipe indicates.
