ROASTED GARLIC POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb large red potatoes scrubbed, dried, and cut into 8 wedges.
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tsp minced parsely
1/8 tsp lemon zest

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat over to 450. 2. Toss potatoes, cornstarch, garlic poder, tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper in large bowl. Preheat baking sheet, add oil, place potatoes, cut side down, on sheet, roast 30 min. 3. Mix butter, garlic, zest in medium bowl. 4. Flip potatoes, roast 10 minutes. 5. Transfer taters to butter bowl, toss, season w/ salt & pepper.
