Roasted Carrots with Feta image

8 carrots, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss carrots with dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until carrots are tender.
  • Spoon carrots into serving bowl. Add cheese and parsley; mix lightly.
