SHEPHERD'S PIE WITH CORN image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1-2 lbs ground beef
one onion
1 can cream corn (corn nibblets if cream corn is not available)

Steps:

  • Here's a favorite in our house: Cook 1 to 2 pounds of ground beef, add an onion. Put meat in a CorningWare deep dish; cover with a can of cream corn. Cover corn with mashed potatoes and put in the over for 20-30 minutes. Kids usually like to eat it with ketchup! Bon appétit!
