Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Farro Salad image

1/3 cup farro, uncooked
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, quartered
1 Tbsp. oil
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cook farro as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Roast 15 min. or until Brussels sprouts are crisp-tender and golden brown.
  • Spoon Brussels sprouts into large bowl. Add farro and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
