Steps:
- 1. Mix dry ingredients well,then stir in milk to moisten.
- 2. Add all other ingredients except butter,stir gently.
- 3. Heat butter in fry pan on med-low heat.Spoon batter into pan to make small patties,flatten if you need to.
- 4. Fry until patties are firm and lightly browned on both sides.
