Steps:
- Cut all veggies in dices. Mix in a bol with oil,salt&pepper. Spread on pan and cook in oven at 425F for 20 minutes. Then, back in bowl & add vinager,olives & basil. Spread cheese on tortillas and add 2 tbl spoon of mixture Fold in half and cook on BBQ 2mts (or in pan;oil the tortillas a little bit)2 minutes Voilà!!!
