Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl combine figs, preserves, herb blend, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cut Brie Log in half lengthwise, and top one half with fig mixture. Place the other half on top. Set aside. 2. Lay out the prosciutto slices lengthwise, slightly overlapping the edges. Place the Brie log near one end. Gently roll prosciutto tightly around Brie. Set aside. 3.Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add Brie log; saute, turning frequently, until prosciutto turns crisp on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove Brie from pan. Slice and serve with bread, crackers or toasts.
