This is a great recipe for flaky biscuits. I make it for my friends all the time, and they love it.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup vegan shortening, such as earth balance
2/3 cup non-dairy milk substitute

Steps:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 450°.
  • Cut the shortening into the flour.
  • Stir in the milk.
  • Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil.
  • Roll the dough into 2" balls.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
