Steps:
- In a small bowl mix the oil and vinegar. In another combine the cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Lightly spray a baking sheet with Pam. Cut potatoes lengthwise and then each side into 4 wedges. Brush the potatoes with oil and vinegar mixture the dredge in the breading mixture. Put on the pan skin side down. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until crisp. Dipping sauce. Mix together 1/2 cup light sour cream with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and a tablespoon of fresh chives
