POP'S CINNAMON ROLL PIE CRUST
My dad texted me a picture of a pie crust he made. I thought it was genuis and immediately copied it! He filled his with apple raspberry filling, I made a Dutch apple pie. This would also be great for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, or peach pie.

Steps:
- 1. Roll out pie crust as usual for a bottom crust. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 2. Roll up tightly, as you would for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
- 3. Press slices into pie plate. Push pieces together and up sides to seal.
- 4. Brush with egg whites and fill as desired.
