PLUM PUDDING SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar, separated
4 eggs
1 pint of whipping cream

Steps:

  • Cream the butter and 1 cup of the sugar well. Separate 4 eggs Beat yolks with remaining 1/2C sugar until light and stiff. Fold into butter/sugar mixture. In a new bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff with peaks. Blend lightly into sauce mixture. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a little more sugar until stiff. Fold into sauce. Serve and enjoy!
