This is what you can make for those people "who hate fish". It's easy, quick, and will make fish eaters out of non fish eaters. Also, you can add or lessen the amount of seasonings, garlic, etc. to your taste. I like lots of seasonings, so that's why I include minced garlic, even though it isn't required. My husband, who used to have a rule of "I will not eat ANYTHING that naturally has less than two legs or more than four." now ASKS me to make this dish!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Spray 8X8 glass baking dish with Pam or other cooking spray.
- Lay fillets on single layer in dish.
- Spread minced garlic evenly over fillets.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over fillets.
- Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over fillets.
- Sprinkle some more Italian seasoning over the top of the fillets (optional).
- Bake at 425 for thirty minutes.
