PISTACHIO COFFEE CAKE image

Yield bundt pan

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 sm pkg pistachio pudding
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 c oil
1/4 c. water
topping:
3/4c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 T cinnamon

Steps:

  • grease bundt pan mix first 6 ingredients, Pour 1/2 batter into bundt pan. Mix together topping. Pour half on top of batter. Pour rest of batter on top. Sprinkle rest of topping on top of batter. Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
