Pineapple Punch image

This refreshing punch is delicious with or without the rum.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cups pineapple juice
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
3/4 teaspoon bitters
1/4 cup light rum
1 lime, cut into eight wedges
Ice
3/4 cup club soda

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except club soda in a 2-quart jar with a lid and refrigerate until needed. To serve, shake jar well, add club soda, and pour into glasses.
