Steps:
- Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add pineapple juice, blend, and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add a little hot mixture to egg; stir into remaining hot mixture; cook until thick. Add marshmallows; stir until marshmallows melt completely. Add pineapple & pecans; chill 1 hour.
- Fold into whipped cream. Pour into pie pan lined with graham cracker crust. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
