48 wonton wrappers
3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (12 oz.), softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup drained diced pimentos, patted dry

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Press wonton wrappers into 48 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, reserve 2 Tbsp. onions for later use. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended. Add cheddar, pimentos and remaining onions; mix well.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture into wonton cups. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with reserved onions.
