- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, lemon juice, saltines, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in salmon. Shape into twelve 3-in. patties. , Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. , In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, dill, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with salmon patties.
