PEPPERONI BAKE APPETIZER image

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 ounces shredded mozzarella
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar
5 ounces sliced green olives
4 ounce can mushroom pieces
4-6 ounces sliced black olives
1 medium onion chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
If extra spice desired, add chopped jalapeno pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Prepare Appetizer by mising all ingredients except sliced black olives and pepperoni to be used for garnish. Spread into a round, oval or rectangular ovenproof baking pan like a 10" corningware. Top with rows of black olives and pepperoni. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with round tortilla crips.
