PECAN COCONUT COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 10

120 grams margarine
180 grams sugar
Mix the above in mixer.
Add:
1 egg with tsp. vanilla extract
Separate bowl:
Mix 200 grams flour
2 grams baking powder
120 grams coconut
120 grams whole pecans

Steps:

  • Add the dry ingredients to the other mixture. Shape into rolls, or triangular rolls. Freeze. Slice and bake.
