- 1. Mix ingredients well and fill in pie shell, cover with top pastry.
- 2. Bake in pie shell at 375 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: I like to cover pie with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little sugar prior to baking. I do this with most pies!
