PEANUT BUTTER NUGGETS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 squares)
coating: chocolate sprinkles, confectioners sugar, chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until blended. Knead mixture till smooth and blended. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in coating. Chill for 1 hour. (If dough is too dry, add 1 tsp. Honey at a time.) (Nuggets can be rolled in confectioners sugar before serving.)
