Lemon Delight Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
2 packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups cold milk

Steps:

  • Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350* oven. Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour over cooled crust. Mix lemon pudding mix and milk. Beat 4 minutes. Pour over cream cheese. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
