I love peanut butter so naturally I love this recipe. Its simple and easy to make. I always have to make both kinds for the holiday. I always make a platter for my friends for christmas.

Ingredients

2 c sugar
1 can(s) milk, small can, evaporated
1 stick margarine
1 c peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream, large
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

1. Take sugar, milk. and margarine over low heat and bring to a boil, Cook 5 minutes or until hard ball stage. Take from heat, Add peanut butter and vanilla and jar of marshmallow cream. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan. Let cool.
