Steps:
- 1. Add water, salsa and seasoning packets to a bowl and whisk. **The salsa is optional. If you do not want to add the salsa you can substitute for another cup of water
- 2. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour seasoning mixture over roast.
- 3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
