Pat's Hot Crab Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pounds crab meat
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cups sour cream
4 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2.5 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoons dry mustard
1 pinches garlic salt
2 tablespoons milk
0.5 cups cheddar cheese
1 units paprika

Steps:

  • Chop crab meat in large bowl. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard & garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make mixture creamy, stir in 4 Tbsp. grated cheese. Fold in crab meat.
  • Put in greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with extra cheese.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F till bubbly & brown. Top with paprika! and ENJOY!!
