Parmesan Wonton Crackers image

These Parmesan wonton crackers are a super-flavorful alternative to salty, processed snack foods.

Number Of Ingredients 6

25 whole Wonton Wrappers
½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
½ cups Parsley, Finely Chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the square wonton wrappers in half to form rectangles.
  • Lay wonton pieces out in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes or until wonton wrappers are light brown and crispy. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
