Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup minced onions
1 pint oyster, drained, chopped
1/2 T. poultry seasoning
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped celery
4-5 cups soft bread crumbs
1 egg beaten

Steps:

  • Saute onion and celery til soft. Add oyster and poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley and cook additional 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and beaten eggs.Put in greased pan and bake about 20 minutes covered. If needed another 10 minutes uncovered.
