Steps:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 C (400 F). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter.
- 2. Here is the oyster meat, in brine, from local fishermen, and they deliver as well. Each bag has 2 cups of oyster meat, drained.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, and lime or lemon juice, mix together.
- 4. Add the oysters to the dish and spread out to an even layer.
- 5. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the oysters.
- 6. Sprinkle on the cheese.
- 7. Sprinkle on the spring onion.
- 8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping browned.
- 9. Serve with a side or two of your choice. Enjoy.
