Steps:
- Beat egg with a little water in a pie plate. In second pie plate, mix breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, cheese, salt, and pepper. In large roasting pan, melt butter and oil together in hot oven -- takes about 4 minutes. Don't let it burn! While butter & oil are melting, dip chicken pieces in egg wash, then in breadcrumbs. Remove pan from oven. Coat the breaded chicken pieces in butter on both sides and arrange in pan. Roast until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes, then turn with tongs to roast on other side 3 to 4 minutes.
