Old-Fashioned Corn Pudding image

This easy corn casserole recipe is sure to become one of your heirloom Thanksgiving side dish recipes. Everyone loves corn casserole because it is the perfect combination of sweet corn and buttery richness.

4 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) sugar
4 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
1 stick(s) margarine, melted
1 can(s) creamed corn
1 can(s) whole kernel corn
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 cup(s) milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat eggs well in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, melted margarine, corn, vanilla, and milk and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
