I wanted to come up with a recipe for a medium hot wing. I added in some agave to the mix. They were a hit on Super Bowl Sunday. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. If you didn't buy your wings already cut. Cut wing tips off at joint. Discard the tips. Cut second time at the other joint. You'll have two pieces.
- 2. Heat oven to 500°.
- 3. Place wings on a rack. Place rack on top of foil lined sheet pan.
- 4. Place in oven and bake until crispy on top. Flip wings over and crisp till nice and brown and crispy
- 5. While the wings are baking, place chopped butter in a saucepan. Heat and low to melt butter.
- 6. Remove butter from heat. Add in the hot sauce, Agave, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Keep sauce warm.
- 7. Remove wings from oven. Move wings to a bowl. Pour hot sauce over the wings Toss well to coat all sides.
- 8. Place wings on a platter. Serve with blue cheese dressing of choice.
