Neiman Marcus Cake image

I had this cake for the first time at my sister in law's house in Oklahoma City. It has been a crowd pleaser ever since.Thanks Kyla!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box duncan hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c melted butter
2 eggs
1 c chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 8 oz. cream cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cake mix, melted butter, 2 eggs and chopped pecans. Put into a greased floured 13x9 inch cake pan.
  • 2. Mix 1 box powdered sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese. Pour over first layer.
  • 3. Bake 300* for 1 hour. Will rise and fall.
