Steps:
- Melt butter saute onion - do not brown add thyme when onion is softened pour over bread in a bowl and mix in with a kneeding quality eith er stuff bird or place in a casserole bowl with 1/2 cup chicken stock dot with butter then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 minn then remove cover add more chicken stock if it appears dry Can be made the day before and refrigerated
