Mussels with Guinness Butter image

This is simply delish!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 pound(s) cleaned mussels
1/2 cup(s) guinness stout beer
1/2 cup(s) butter
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) honey

Steps:

  • Heat Skillet over med-high heat with a little oil in the pan add mussels, cover.
  • Check to see if all mussels have opened - discard closed mussels. Add Guinness. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes
  • Add sliced butter and honey - let cook until butter is melted
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey
