MRS. KEATING'S APPLE CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 14

*1 1/4 cup cooking oil
*3 eggs slightly beaten
*3 cups chopped and peeled apples (green)
*2 cups sugar
**1tsp salt
**3 cups flour
**1 tsp baking soda
(stir these together)
*1 tsp vanilla
*1 1/2 tsp cinamin
*1/2 tsp of nutmeg
*1/4 tsp of cloves
*1 cup chopped nuts(walnuts)
*1 cup raisons

Steps:

  • 1) combine oil and eggs, sugar, dry ingrediants, nuts, apples, pour into a tube or bundt pan, and bake 1 15 minutes at 325F
